Cancellation Policy
To respect the time reserved for each guest, we kindly request that any appointment changes be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 75% of the scheduled service cost.
• Same-day appointments canceled after booking will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
• All payments, deposits, and cancellation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
